If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund after verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or used shoes and clothing

• Items without original packaging or damaged shoe boxes

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Socks, tights, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
